Frequently Asked Questions about giving to All Saints Parish Online


Which payment methods are accepted?

WeShare has the ability to accept contributions from checking accounts, savings accounts, debit cards, or major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Will I receive receipts for my donations?

Yes, all contributors enrolled with WeShare can elect to receive receipts via e-mail. Your donation will be posted to your account in our contributions database. If you would like to receive a donor statement for tax purposes each January, please contact the Parish Office.

What if I feel uncomfortable not having something to physically drop into the collection basket?

From your WeShare account, you may print a donation slip that you may place in the offertory basket. There are four designs to choose from, and your name will appear on the slip.

Is WeShare safe?

A: Yes. WeShare is certified with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) as a Level 1 Service Provider.

Will I still receive envelopes in the mail if I sign up to give online?

Yes. We are not automatically canceling envelopes for families who sign up to give online. If you would like to stop receiving envelopes please call us at 433-3707 and let us know. Envelope service costs our parish $5.00 per family per year, so the savings to us is minimal.

Can I change the amount I give on a recurring donation?

Yes. You may change or cancel a recurring donation at any time. Log in to your account and choose "Payments and Schedules" from the menu bar at the top of the page. You may edit or delete any recurring transaction. This is also where you manage your payment accounts.

How do I give to monthly special collections?

We are excited to announce that our online giving system, WeShare, now provides an easy way to plan out your second collection donations for the whole year! Log in to your donor account and click View All Second Collections. Simply choose the amount you wish to contribute to each second collection, enter a payment source, and submit your second collection donations for the entire year at one time. Make sure to check the “Recurs Annually” box if you wish to continue contributing year after year.

Can I still participate in the split club raffle with online donations?

Not at this time. Your Split Club envelope is your raffle ticket. If you would like to continue participating in the monthly Split Club, please continue to use the Split Club envelopes you receive in the mail.
